CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-53 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF BERNALAVENUE EXTENSION <br /> BETWEEN INDEPENDENCE DRIVE AND ANGELA <br /> STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Chang Su-O Lin on the Bernal Avenue <br /> Extension between Independence Drive and Angela <br /> Street has been satisfactorily completed, subject <br /> to punch list items being to be completed within a <br /> 90-day period; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Bernal Avenue Extension between <br /> Independence Drive and Angela Street is hereby <br /> accepted, subject to punch list items being <br /> completed by Chang Su-O Lin within a 90-day <br /> period. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
