PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2035 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ADOPTING A ONE YEAR REVIEW OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR CHILD CARE. WHEREAS, on June 3, 1981 the Human Services Commission discussed the possibility of setting standards and/or policies for residential child care; and WHEREAS, this was done at the request of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, this matter will also be discussed by the City Council at their meeting of July 14, 1981; and WHEREAS, as a result of the discussion before the Human Services Commission it was decided that there should be further discussion before the Planning Commission with regard to a standard condition which may be appropriate to attach to all residential child care use permits. That condition would be an automatic six month or one year review of the permit to determine whether it should continue in effect. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: _ Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby institutes a policy whereby all conditional use permits granted for residential child care shall be reviewed administratively after one year. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
