_ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2037 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />KAISER SAND AND GRAVEL AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />UP-81-10 <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Sand and Gravel has applied for a conditional use <br />permit which would allow the installation and operation <br />of an asphaltic batch plant on their premises located at <br />3311 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-10 subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan and elevation, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Division. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of case Z-81-49 and any conditions which may <br />be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />3. That the applicant be aware that this conditional use <br />permit shall lapse within one year unless a building <br />
