PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2038 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THOMAS JORGENSEN <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-11 <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Jorgensen has applied for planned unit development <br />approval to allow residential, warehouse, office and <br />related use of an approximately 30,000 sq. ft. site at <br />4225 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of August 12, 1981 the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for case PUD-81-11; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated July 2, 1981 and received the <br />- recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed use; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact reports; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared <br />for case PUD-81-11 because approval of the project would <br />have no significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
