PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2039 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE PUD-81-11, THOMAS JORGENSEN <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Jorgensen has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />approval to allow residential, warehouse, office and <br />related use of an approximately 30,000 sq. ft. site at <br />4225 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of case <br />PUD-81-11 subject to the conditions shown below because <br />it is found PUD zoning is in conformance with the general <br />^ plan. <br />Conditions: <br />1. That the existing use of the subject site, the <br />Jorgensen fishing tackle business or any other <br />fishing tackle business may continue on the site <br />indefinitely 'within the structures as they are <br />now constituted. Any expansion of the buildings <br />on the site in conjunction an amendment to this <br />PUD and shall be processed under the provision of <br />Section 2-8.32, Article 14 of the Pleasanton <br />Zoning Code. <br />?. That the only other use allowed on the site shall <br />be general warehousing and ancilliary office <br />activities conducted in conjunction with warehousing. <br />Warehousing shall be defined as "a building or <br />activity where wares or goods are stored, as before <br />distribution to retailers, or are kept in reserve, <br />in bond, etc." <br />3. That no additional structures shall be built in <br />conjunction with any warehousing activity on the <br />site nor shall any existing structure be enlarged <br />in any manner. <br />
