PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2040 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE NEGATOVEPDECLARATION PR PAREDNFORPCASEAR2O81T9E WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone approximately nine acres to an R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the general plan; and WHEREAS, the property is located on the east side of Amber Lane, approximately 415 feet south of the intersection of Mockingbird Lane~and Amber Lane; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 12, 1981 the P1af~ning Commission received the proposed negative declaration for case RZ-81-9; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opPorosedtuse~ and ent on the environ- mental impacts of the p P WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed use would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1.
