PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2040 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />NEGATOVEPDECLARATION PR PAREDNFORPCASEAR2O81T9E <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone approximately <br />nine acres to an R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District or to any other zoning district consistent with <br />the general plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is located on the east side of Amber Lane, <br />approximately 415 feet south of the intersection of <br />Mockingbird Lane~and Amber Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 12, 1981 the P1af~ning Commission <br />received the proposed negative declaration for case <br />RZ-81-9; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opPorosedtuse~ and ent on the environ- <br />mental impacts of the p P <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed use would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Decrorect wouldphave <br />for case RZ-81-9 because approval of the p j <br />no significant adverse effects on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- /~~ <br />
