PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2041 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PREZONING FOR <br />ANNEXATION NO. 82, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-9 <br />WHEREAS, as a result of Annexation No. 82, the City of Pleasanton <br />has applied to prezone approximately nine acres to an <br />R-1-20,000, R-1-40,000 (Single-Family Residential) District <br />or to any other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is located on the east side of Amber Lane, <br />approximately 415 feet south of the intersection of <br />Mockingbird Lane and Amber Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner''reguested the property be prezoned to <br />R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the property <br />described in case RZ-81-9 be prezoned to R-1-20,000 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District because this zoning <br />is consistent with the General Plan and the desire of <br />the property owner. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 12, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
