PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2042 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-81-11 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone approxi- mately 9 acres to an A (Agricultural) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the general plan; and WHEREAS, the property is located on the west side of Foothill Road, directly across from Foothill High School; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of August 12, 1981 the Planning Commission received the proposed negative declaration for case RZ-81-11; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed use; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-11 because approval of the project would have no significant adverse effects on the environment. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
