PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2043 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PREZONING FOR <br />ANNEXATION NO. 84, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-11 <br />WHEREAS, as a result of Annexation No. 84, the City of Pleasanton <br />has applied to prezone approximately 51 acres to A <br />(Agricultural) District or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road directly across from Foothill High School; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed prezoning. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommend the property included in Annexation No. 84, <br />- filed under case RZ-81-11 be prezoned to A (Agricultural) <br />District as that district is consistent with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2.
