PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2044 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO CASE UP-79-O1, A USE PERMIT GRANTED TO ALBERTA BARRIOUS WHEREAS, Alberta Barrious has applied to modify the current condi- tional use permit to allow for an increase, from 15 to 20 children which would be permitted at the existing child care facility located at 932 Riesling Drive; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed modification to case UP-79-O1. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of a conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained would not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use would comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission approves the modification to case UP-79-O1 subject to the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission of August 12, 1981, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from its passage and adoption.
