PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2044 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO <br />CASE UP-79-O1, A USE PERMIT GRANTED TO ALBERTA <br />BARRIOUS <br />WHEREAS, Alberta Barrious has applied to modify the current condi- <br />tional use permit to allow for an increase, from 15 to 20 <br />children which would be permitted at the existing child <br />care facility located at 932 Riesling Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed modification to case UP-79-O1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in <br />accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of a conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use would comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves the modification to <br />case UP-79-O1 subject to the conditions shown in the staff <br />report to the Planning Commission of August 12, 1981, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August 1981 by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
