PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2045 <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVINGNAIUSECPERMIITIFOROROYHGIBSON <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-17 <br />WHEREAS, RoyiGi'son has applied for a conditional use permit to allow <br />for the establishment of a service station supply storage <br />and office use on an approximately 26,400 sq. ft. site <br />located on the east side of Wyoming Street, approximately <br />100 feet north of the intersection of De1,,Va11~ Parkway and <br />Wyoming Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-S (Commercial Service) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposed use permit for Roy Gibson. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to property or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-17 subject to <br />the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning <br />Commission dated August 12, 1981, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from its <br />passage and adoption. <br />/// <br />
