PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2047 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMETdDITdG APPROVAL OF A <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AS RE4UESTED BY KAISER <br />FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. has applied for <br />development agreement for their 19 acre site located <br />at the southwest corner of Springdale Avenue and <br />Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed development agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, this development agreement is requested in order to achieve <br />the following purposes: 1) to protect its zoning which <br />allows for the construction of medical offices on this <br />property; 2) to protect its general plan designation which <br />allows application for rezoning to a district conditionally <br />permitting a hospital use; and 3) phasing its developments <br />over the next ten years, thus extending the life of its <br />sewer permits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />Development Agreement between Kaiser Foundation Health <br />Plan, Inc., and the City of Pleasanton as recommended in <br />the staff report to the Commission dated August 12, 1981, <br />attached hereto and made part hereof by reference. <br />Section 2.
