PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2050 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PELASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE <br />PUD-81-17. <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 121 unit <br />townhouse/duplex residential complex proposed to be <br />located on the east side of Muirwood Drive, between <br />West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood Way and I-680; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned A (Agricultural) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 12, 1981 the Planning Commission <br />received the proposed mitigated negative declaration for <br />case PUD-81-17; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the <br />_. recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed use; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- <br />tions and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there may be significant impacts upon the environment <br />but that conditions of approval would render these potential <br />impacts insignificant. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves a mitigated negative declaration for the <br />development plan and and zoning approval for the 121 <br />townhouse/duplex residential planned unit development <br />proposed to be located on the east side of Muirwood <br />Drive, between West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood <br />Way and i-680 subject to condition number 2 as set <br />forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2051, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />
