PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2050 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PELASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-17. WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for Planned Unit Development zoning and development plan approval for a 121 unit townhouse/duplex residential complex proposed to be located on the east side of Muirwood Drive, between West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood Way and I-680; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned A (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 12, 1981 the Planning Commission received the proposed mitigated negative declaration for case PUD-81-17; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the _. recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed use; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- tions and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves a mitigated negative declaration for the development plan and and zoning approval for the 121 townhouse/duplex residential planned unit development proposed to be located on the east side of Muirwood Drive, between West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood Way and i-680 subject to condition number 2 as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2051, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
