28. That vehicular access to the manholes and junction <br />structures of all public utility systems be shown <br />on the tentative map submittal- <br />29. That the east side of Muirwood Drive approaching <br />West Las Positas be reviewed for traffic circulation <br />and possible widening for turning movements at the <br />intersection. <br />30. That the storm drain line from the state culvert <br />at I-680 to Muirwood Drive be 42" per prior A.C.F.C. <br />requirements or to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />31. That a utility plan be developed and be made a <br />part of the tentative map which will coordinate <br />and define the locations of water meters, utility <br />boxes and other related streetscape items in <br />relation to the multiple driveways proposed. <br />32. That the linear parcel along the freeway frontage <br />of the development be developed, landscaped, and <br />maintained by a homeowners association. The CC&Rs <br />of the homeowners association shall be submitted to <br />the City Attorney for approval prior to final map <br />approval. <br />Section 2.
