4. That approval of this sales office is granted for a <br />period of one year only, at which time the proponent <br />must reapply for an extension. This may be done <br />administratively and does not need to be resubmitted <br />to the Planning Commission. <br />5. That all trees used in the landscaping of the model <br />homes shall be a minimum of 15 gallons and all <br />shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons in size. <br />6. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in <br />the model home, said system to be approved by the <br />Police Department. <br />7. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or similar attention <br />attracting devices shall be utilized on the complex. <br />8. That the developer post an aerial photo in the sales <br />office showing types of facilities and land uses <br />surrounding the complex. <br />9. That signs be posted in all model homes advising <br />all prospective buyers of those features including <br />landscaping, which are optional and are not included <br />as part of the purchase price. <br />10. That the developer call for final building inspection <br />by the City prior to any model homes being closed for <br />sale. <br />11. That exterior lighting be approved for the project. <br />The number of lights to be approved by the Police <br />Department. <br />12. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />
