PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2054 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />BLACKWELL HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-19. <br />WHEREAS, Blackwell Homes has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow for the establishment of a model home/sales <br />office on an approximately 7,500 sq. ft, parcel to be <br />located at the southeast corner of the intersection <br />of Monaco Drive and Monaco Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-Medium Density Residential <br />(Planned Unit Development) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were received <br />and reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWIIQG: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings <br />and approves case UP-81-19 subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission <br />dated 8/12/81. <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective within 15 days <br />after its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of August 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 12, 1981 <br />
