i / 1 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2055 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR PACIFIC TELEPHONE COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-21. WHEREAS, Pacific Telephone Company has applied for a conditional use permit to allow for the expansion of an existing telephone equipment building located at 120 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 12, 1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were received and reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings and approves case UP-81-21 subject to the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning Commission dated 8/12/81, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to property or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from its passage and adoption.
