PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2056 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING CASE RZ-81-12. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for amendments to <br />the zoning ordinance pertaining to parking requirements <br />and development standards for small multi-family resi- <br />dential rental units in the downtown area; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held August 12, 1981, at which time <br />all public testimony and documents were received and <br />considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies case RZ-81-12 because it <br />is felt the suggested amendments would discourage parking <br />assessment districts in the City. <br />Section 2.
