PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2057 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR THOMAS RICHERT AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-81-25. <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Richert has applied for a use permit to allow <br />remodeling and expansion of a wood sales facility on <br />a 3.8 acre site at 5505 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981, at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton makes <br />the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />-each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-25 subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations, floor plans and landscape <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of case Z-81-100 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />~~/ <br />
