PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2058 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODEL HOME COMPLEX <br />FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-23 <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for use permit approval tc <br />allow the operation of two model homes with a sales <br />office on Rennelwood Way in the Heritage Valley Area, <br />Tract 3344; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were received <br />and reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, 'safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to' properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-23 subject <br />to the conditions shown in the staff report to the Planning <br />Commission dated September 16, 1981 attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of September 1981 by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
