PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2059 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PREZONING OF ANNEXATION NO. 83 AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-10, CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation No. 83) approximately 25 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1981, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case RZ-81-10 for Annexation No. 83; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environ- mental impacts of the proposed development plans; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application (RZ-81-10) would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.' Approves the negative declaration for the prezoning of approximately 25 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. ///
