PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2060 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PUD-INDUSTRIAL <br />ZONING FOR CASE RZ-81-10 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation <br />No. 83) approximately 25 acres located on the north side <br />of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent <br />to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet <br />west of E1 Charro Road to any zoning district consistent <br />with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the subject <br />property be pre zoned PUD-Industrial District because this <br />zoning district is in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of September 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />DATE: September 16, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~V~ <br />Robert J.
