PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2062 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />PREZONING PROPERTY IN ANNEXATION NO. 87 AND AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-15 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation <br />No. 87) an approximately 57 acre site located on the east <br />side of Oakland Avenue, bounded by Trenery Road on the <br />north and Mohr Avenue on the south to any zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed <br />and considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends that the approximately 57 acre site located <br />on the east side of Oakland Avenue, bounded by Trenery <br />Road on the north and Mohr Avenue on the south be pre- <br />zoned to PUD-Medium Density Residential District. <br />~.. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of September 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 16, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
