CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-50 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR S-6 SEWER PUMP STATION <br /> BUILDING ADDITION, PROJECT NO. 882039, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CAT~.ING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:53), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the S-6 sewer pump station building addition, <br /> Project No. 882039, and that said plans have been <br /> reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> S-6 sewer pump station building addition, Project <br /> No. 882039. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~( / .... <br /> <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
