PLANNING COMMISSION <br />- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2065 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PREZONING FOR <br />ANNEXATION N0. 69 AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-19 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation <br />No. 89) an approximately 230 acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road, south of Santos Ranch Road to any <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the approximately <br />230 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, <br />south of Santos Ranch Road be prezoned PUD-Open Space, <br />Public Health and Safety (Planned Unit Development) District. <br />Sectioh'2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of September 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />DATE: September 16, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
