PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2066 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-81-16, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEAS.~NTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation No. 90) an approximately 83 acre site bounded by Crellin Road on the south of the City limit line to the west to any zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1981, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case RZ-81-16; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 10, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application (RZ-81-16), would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for the property in Annexation No. 90 as filed under case RZ-61-16. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
