PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2067 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PRE ZONING FOR <br />ANNEXATION NO. 90 AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-16 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation <br />No. 90) an approximately 83 acre site bounded by Crellin <br />Road on the south of the City limit line to the west of <br />any zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Thy Flanning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends that the 83 acre site bounded by Crellin <br />Road on the south and the City limit line to the west <br />be prezoned as follows: The school site "P" (Public <br />and Institutional) District; and the balance of the <br />property shown in this application be prezoned PUD- <br />'"- Low Density Residential District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of September 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 16, 1961 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
