PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2072 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-18 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a conditional use permit to allow for development of a City Police facility to be located at the Civic Center Complex, 200 Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned P/C-O (Public and Institutional/ Civic Overlay) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-61-18 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the approval of case Z-81-78 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Planning Commission. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately ~' upon its passage and adoption.
