PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2072 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR A POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITY AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-81-18 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow for development of a City Police facility <br />to be located at the Civic Center Complex, 200 Bernal <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned P/C-O (Public and Institutional/ <br />Civic Overlay) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 16, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-61-18 subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of case Z-81-78 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the Planning Commission. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />~' upon its passage and adoption. <br />
