PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2075 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LANCE J. HOPKINS AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-27 <br />WHEREAS, Lance J. Hopkins has applied for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow a video game room with approximately <br />20 video machines at 525 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 14, <br />1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />received and considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission cannot make the proper <br />findings required to approve case UP-81-27, the <br />application of Lance J. Hopkins for a conditional <br />use permit. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission denies case UP-81-27, <br />the application of Lance J. Hopkins as petitioned. <br />Section 3.
