PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON _ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2079 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE UP-81-26, APPLICATION OF WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, Woodhill Development Company has applied for a conditional use permit to allow a sales office and model home complex on the north side of Laramie Gate Circle and the west side of Santa Rita Road (Tract 4671); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28, 1981, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case UP-81-26; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 30, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application (UP-81-26), would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COf4PAISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for case UP-81-26, the application of Woodhilll Development Company for a conditional use permit approval to allow a sales office and model home complex on the north side of Laramie Gate Circle and the west side of Santa Rita Road (Tract 4671). Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
