PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />_ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2079 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE UP-81-26, <br />APPLICATION OF WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Woodhill Development Company has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow a sales office and model home complex <br />on the north side of Laramie Gate Circle and the west <br />side of Santa Rita Road (Tract 4671); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28, 1981, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration <br />for case UP-81-26; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed <br />the Initial Study dated September 30, 1981 and <br />received the recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(UP-81-26), would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COf4PAISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for case UP-81-26, <br />the application of Woodhilll Development Company for <br />a conditional use permit approval to allow a sales office <br />and model home complex on the north side of Laramie Gate <br />Circle and the west side of Santa Rita Road (Tract 4671). <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 28th day of October 1981 by the following <br />vote: <br />// <br />
