PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />'- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2080 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT <br />COt![PANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-26 <br />WHEREAS, Woodhill Development Company has applied for a <br />conditional use permit to allow a sales office and <br />model home complex on the north side of Laramie Gate <br />Circle and the west side of Santa Rita Road (Tract 4671); and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 28, 1981 at <br />which time all public testimony and documents were <br />considered. <br />NOLd, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />-- a. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />b. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-26 <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report <br />to the Planning Commission dated October 28, 1981, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />-1- <br />
