PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2083 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CORK HARBOUR, <br />UP-81-29 <br />WHEREAS, Cork Harbour Company has applied for a conditional use <br />permit which would allow a five lot model home complex and <br />sales office as part of their new single-family <br />residential subdivision located on the north side of the <br />extension of Pico Avenue and east of Pleasanton School; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28, 1981, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />case UP-81-29; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 28,1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(UP-81-29) would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for case UP-81-29, <br />application of Cork Harbour for a model home complex <br />and sales office. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 28th day of October 1981 by the following vote: <br />// <br />
