PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2084 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CASE UP-81-29, <br />APPLICATION OF CORK HARBOUR <br />WHEREAS, Cork Harbour Company has applied for a conditional use <br />permit which would allow a five lot model home complex <br />and sales office as part of their new single-family <br />residential subdivision located on the north side of <br />the extension of Pico Avenue and east of Pleasanton <br />School; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 28, 1981 at which <br />time all pertinent public testimony and documents were <br />considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />2. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-29 subject <br />to the conditions shown in the staff report to that Commission <br />dated October 28, 1981 with the following addition: <br />15. That Pico Avenue shall be paved between First Street <br />and Windmill Way prior to the opening of the models. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
