PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2085 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ROBERT A. ATKINS, UP-81-30 <br />WHEREAS, Robert A. Atkins has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the operation of an 11,850 sq. ft. feed store, <br />nursery, garden supply and saddlery facility on a 42,500 <br />sq. ft. site located at the northwest corner of Del Valle <br />Parkway and Wyoming Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28, 1981, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for case UP-81-30; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />initial Study dated October 22, 1981 and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and ,. <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(UP-81-30) would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for case UP-81-30, <br />application of Robert A. Atkins. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 28th day of October 1981 by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
