PLANNING COMMISSION _ CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2086 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT ATKINS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-30 WHEREAS, Robert Atkins has applied for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of an 11,850 sq. ft. feed store, nursery, garden supply and saddlery facility on a 42,500 sq. ft. site located at the northwest corner of Del Valle Parkway and Wyoming Street; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 28, 1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-30 subject to the conditions shown on the staff report dated 10/28/81 to the Commission, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 28th day of October 1981 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None //
