PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2088 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />DENIAL OF CASE GP-81-5, APPLICATION OF R. G. VANDENBERGHE <br />FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, R. G. Vandenberghe has applied for a general plan amendment <br />to change the land use designation of aVa011e00Road~ft. <br />lot locatedthe SouthernhPacificfRaippoad tracks on the <br />bounded by en Space" <br />east and Sunol Boulevaodher land use designation <br />to "Office" or to anythe City; and <br />found appropriate by <br />WHEREAS, an Initial Study and Negative Declaration were recommended <br />for denial by the Planning Commission at their dulublic <br />noticed public hearing of October 28, 1981 after p <br />input and review of exhibits submitted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
