CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-47 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REASSIGNMENT OF <br /> EXISTING DESIGN CONTRACT FOR NIELSEN PARK <br /> TO HEACOXASSOCIATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 16, 1988, Council approved an agreement <br /> with Heacox-Crutcher and Associates for design of <br /> Nielsen Park, Project No. 877054; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the two principals in the design firm have <br /> terminated their partnership and have submitted a <br /> formal request to reassign this contract to the new <br /> firm of Heacox Associates; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the reassignment of an existing design <br /> contract for Nielsen Park, Project No. 877054, to <br /> the firm of Heacox Associates. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ! - !:. <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~- ~ ~i~ <br /> <br />.~J~mes R.'Walker,TCity Clerk' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
