PLANNING COMMISSION .- CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2092 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-81-17, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation 91) an approximately 35 acre site located on the west side of Martin Avenue at its intersection of Mohr Avenue to any zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative ,--- declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application (RZ-81-17) would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-17. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
