PLANNING COMMISSION <br />.- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2092 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR <br />CASE RZ-81-17, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation 91) <br />an approximately 35 acre site located on the west side <br />of Martin Avenue at its intersection of Mohr Avenue to <br />any zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />,--- declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(RZ-81-17) would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case RZ-81-17. <br />Section 2.
