PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2093 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />PREZONING AS PROPERTY AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-81-17 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone <br />(Annexation 91) an approximately 35 acre site located <br />on the west side of Martin Avenue at its intersection <br />of Mohr Avenue to any zoning district consistent with <br />the General Plan to accommodate annexation proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 12, <br />1981, at which time all public testimony and exhibits <br />were received and considered; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing a negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was recommended for <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the property <br />described in Case RZ-81-17 be prezoned to the R-1-20,000 <br />(Single-family Residential) District. <br />!- Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 12th day of November 1981 by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 12, 1981 <br />ATTEST: /+ <br />~V""~ <br />Robert J.
