PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2094 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION INITIATING <br />AN APPLICATION FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on November 12, 1981, <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />considered an application to prezone (Annexation 91) <br />an approximately 35 acre site located on the west side <br />of Martin Avenue at its intersection of Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at this public hearing took action prezoning the property <br />to the R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and surrounding property owners <br />desire this zoning district to be unchanged necessitating <br />a General Plan amendment to Low Density Residential <br />instead of the current land use designation of Medium <br />Density Residential which would allow an average of 5 <br />dwelling units per gross acre. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Initiates an application for a General Plan amendment <br />for lots shown on Exhibit 'A' as26os272-28,229~and310-10 <br />i-- 2-4, 2-5, 2-6, 30, 31, 32, 10-9, <br />to Low Density Residential. <br />Section 2.
