PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2095 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FILED BY MUTUAL LAND COMPANY FILED AS CASE GP-81-8 WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 12, 1981 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case GP-81-8, application of Mutual Land Company for a general plan amendment to change the land use designation of an approximately 9.4 acre site located at the terminus of Crellin Road from Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to Low Density Residential; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 12, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicates that there would not be any significant impacts on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-8, Mutual Land Company. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
