PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />~- COUNTY OF ALAP'iEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2096 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MUTUAL LAND COMPANY <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-81-8 <br />WHEREAS, Mutual Land Company has applied for a general plan <br />amendment to change the land use designation of an <br />approximately 9.4 acre site located at the terminus <br />of Crellin Road from Open Space (Public Health and <br />Safety) to Low Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 12, <br />1981, at which time all public testimony and exhibits <br />were received and reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends the property described in case GP-81-8 <br />be changed from Open Space (Public Health and Safety) <br />to Low Density Residential land use designation. <br />•-- <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission pf the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 12th day of November 1981 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Joyce Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 12, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~4~-~~' <br />Robert J.
