PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2097 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PREZONING AS FILED BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER CASE RZ-81-10 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone (Annexation No. 83) approximately 23 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road to any zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEP,EAS, whereas the Planning Commission previously held a duly noticed public hearing at which time they recommended the property be prezoned to PUD-Industrial zoning; and WHEREAS, there was a public outcry against this zoning at the time the City Council had their public hearing requesting PUD-Industrial zoning not be adopted for the property; and ~" WHEREAS, the City Council sent this matter back to the Planning Commission for a second review and reconsideration; and WHEREAS, a second Planning Commission public hearing was held on November 12, 1981 for the girpose of considering prezoning of the property to other than the PUD-Industrial zoning district. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends that the 23 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road be prezoned to the "A" (Agricultural) District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. _ PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 12th day of November 198E by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty.
