PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2098 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-25, <br />APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR ET AL <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 12, 1981, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />case PUD-81-25, application of Frank Auf der Maur <br />et al to rezone an approximately 73 acre site located <br />between Stanley Blvd. on the north and the Arroyo <br />del Valle on the south including lots fronting on <br />California Street on the west to a point approximately <br />2,000 feet east of California Street to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development/Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated November 12, 1981 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed hearing was held at which time the public <br />_ was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental <br />impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicates <br />that there would not be any significant impacts on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Fe commends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-81-25, application of Frank Auf <br />der Maur . <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of November 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 12, 1981 <br />
