CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-46 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR FIRE STATION NO. 3 <br /> ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR <br /> BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:48), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> an addition to Fire Station No. 3 and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> addition to Fire Station No. 3. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None /~.~.~~?~/?/~ <br /> KE t/"';~ .... i.,' <br /> <br /> NNETH R.
