agents, servants, and employees, and they are not agents, servants, <br /> <br /> or employees of the City. <br /> <br /> 6. Insurance. During the term of this agreement, the <br /> Consultant agrees to maintain in full force and effect, at its <br /> own cost and expense, comprehensive general liability insurance <br /> and professional liability insurance in connection with the work <br /> performed for the City as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Comprehensive general liability insurance for at <br /> <br /> least $500,000 combined limit for bodily injury and Droperty <br /> d~mage, providing that the City, its officers, employees, and <br /> agents are to be named additional insureds under the policy. <br /> <br /> b. Professional liability insurance for at least <br /> <br /> $100,000. <br /> <br /> c. Certificates of insurance which provide that no <br /> cancellation, major change in coverage, or expiration by the <br /> insurance company without thirty (30) days written notice to the <br /> City prior to the effective date of such cancellation or change in <br /> coverage shall be filed with the City prior to engaging in any <br /> activity set forth in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 7. Notices.
