PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2520 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING DESIGN PLANS FOR PLEASANTON GARBAGE SERVICE AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-84-232 WHEREAS, Robert Molinaro has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 880 sq. ft. addition to the existing single-story and an approximately 2816 sq. ft. second story addition to the facility located at 3110 Busch Road; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned IG (General Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 22, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an addition of the size proposed is exempt from the requirements of CEQA and therefore no environmental document accompanies this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. .Approves the application of Robert Molinaro for design review approval for an addition to the existing office building located on the Pleasanton Garbage Service site at 3110 Busch Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, and floor plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That this case is subject to all standard conditions of development attached hereto and made part of this case by reference except Conditions No. 12, 26, 29, 30, 38, 43 and 52. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after notification of the City Council.
