PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2502 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE RELATIVE TO HEIGHT AND 'DESIGN OF <br />ACCESSORY BUILDINGS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE RZ-84-9 <br />WHEREAS, City Council has applied to amend certain sections of the <br />zoning code as they pertain to the height and design <br />of accessory buildings in residential districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearings of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposed modification to the ordinance <br />code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 Directs the City staff to prepare a draft ordinance <br />for submittal to the City Council requiring that all <br />accessory buildings between 10 and 15 feet in height <br />in residential districts be subject to administrative <br />design review with appeal to the Design Review Board. <br />Section 2.
