PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2503 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT F R PONDEROSA <br />HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-29 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for a cond"tional use permit <br />for a model home complex and sales off'ce and related <br />facilities on six lots at the intersec ion of the proposed <br />extension of Hansen Drive and Paseo Sa to Cruz; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the <br />of the conditional use is in accord wit <br />of the ordinance code and the purposes <br />in which the site is located; that the <br />of the conditional use and the conditio <br />it would be operated or maintained will <br />to the public health, safety or welfare <br />injurious to proeprties or improvements <br />and that the proposed conditional use w <br />each of the applicable provisions of th <br />code. <br />roposed location <br />the objectives <br />f the district <br />roposed location <br />s under which <br />not be detrimental <br />or be materially <br />int he vicinity; <br />11 comply with <br />ordinance <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: I <br />Section 1.
