PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2504 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMIS ION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE CHANGE AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-12 BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, recently one of the merchants in th Amador Shop- ping Center requested to the City o Pleasanton to amend the Ordinance Code to increas the length of outdoor sales events from a maximum of 3 days to 5 days per event; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearin of August 8, 1984 the Planning Commission consid red all public testimony, relevant exhibits and re ommendations of the City Staff concerning this a plication; and WHEREAS, under the current requirements of t business area can conduct more than sales per year (unless the proceeds charitable or non-profit organizati sales cannot exceed three days in d fore, amending the code to allow su up to five days in length would add eight days per year that any shoppi business area could conduct .outdoor WHEREAS, the impact on the City of the outd display of merchandise during this period would be minimal.
