PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2504 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMIS ION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE <br />CHANGE AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-12 BY THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, recently one of the merchants in th Amador Shop- <br />ping Center requested to the City o Pleasanton to <br />amend the Ordinance Code to increas the length of <br />outdoor sales events from a maximum of 3 days to 5 <br />days per event; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearin of August 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission consid red all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and re ommendations <br />of the City Staff concerning this a plication; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, under the current requirements of t <br />business area can conduct more than <br />sales per year (unless the proceeds <br />charitable or non-profit organizati <br />sales cannot exceed three days in d <br />fore, amending the code to allow su <br />up to five days in length would add <br />eight days per year that any shoppi <br />business area could conduct .outdoor <br />WHEREAS, the impact on the City of the outd <br />display of merchandise during this <br />period would be minimal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that sebsection b of <br />Article 21, Chapter 2, Title II of <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton be <br />read as follows: <br />"b.
